OUR STORY

Ryan

Ryan started his career as an engineer in the Navy and founded Campbell Mechanical after being in the trades for 8 years. He grew the company by taking jobs on nights and weekends for past clients to build rapport and gain a word-of-mouth customer base. Ryan prides himself on fair prices, excellent performance, and customer trust. He is excited about growing in a way that doesn’t compromise the quality of work being completed.

Mike

Mike started his trades career as a commercial fisherman working in Maine and Alaska. Over his 10-year career, he became highly educated on trade tools, electronics, and boat repair. After moving back to Maine and stepping away from fishing in 2021, Mike found that his skills were transferrable to mechanical equipment. In early 2026, Ryan brought Mike onto the team as the company’s operations manager after seeing his determination to learn. Mike takes pride in dotting the I’s and crossing the T’s so that Campbell Mechanical can continue to provide quality service.
