2. Quotes and Invoicing

• Estimates and Quotes: Any quote or estimate provided through the Site or via Wix is not a binding final contract unless formally accepted according to the terms stated on the specific quote. Quotes are subject to expiration as stated on the document.

• Invoices: Invoices issued through our Wix platform must be paid in full according to the payment due date specified on the invoice. Unpaid balances may result in a suspension or termination of ongoing services.

3. Payment Processing via Wix Payments

• Third-Party Processing: We utilize Wix Payments to process transactions, invoice fulfillments, and payments securely.

• Payment Terms: By submitting payment information, you authorize the processing of the specified amount. You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of Wix and any relevant payment processors.

• Data Security: We do not directly store full credit card numbers or sensitive account credentials on our internal servers.

4. Technical Platform Structure & Web Designer Non-Liability

This Site operates under an administrative separation of duties:

• Role of the Web Designer: The Site is built, technically hosted, and maintained by an independent third-party Web Designer who retains administrative access to the Wix account solely for layout, design, and structural maintenance.

• Access Restrictions: The Web Designer does not access, review, modify, or process financial quotes, billing statements, invoices, or customer payment transactions. All business transactions and customer service interactions are handled exclusively by the Business Owners.

• Zero Liability for Designer: Under no circumstances shall the Web Designer be held legally or financially liable for any transaction errors, unauthorized charges, payment disputes, data breaches, website downtime, or business interruptions arising out of the use of this Site or transactions conducted with Campbell Mechanical. All operational, commercial, and financial liabilities rest exclusively with the Business Owners.

5. Intellectual Property and Asset Ownership

All original materials displayed on this Site are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Ownership of these assets is defined as follows:

• Designer-Created Content: The website brand logo, all original descriptive and marketing website text (excluding the privacy policy, accessibility statement, and terms of service), and the custom photography featured on the Homepage and the "Our Team" page were created, authored, or photographed by our independent contract Web Designer.

• Stock & Licensed Media: Other imagery utilized across the Site consists of Wix stock photos.

• Usage Restrictions: The Web Designer has granted Campbell Mechanical the operational rights to display these proprietary assets on this platform. You may not download, copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify the logo, custom team/homepage imagery, or site text without prior express written consent from the appropriate rights holder.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all services, quotes, and payment features are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
